Customer Service Representatives-Job Description

Job Requirements:

We are starting up the call centre for India subsidiary which is the second call centre for Dahua apart from the one in its headquarters in Hangzhou, China. 

Ø  Attending calls to address customer grievance

Ø  Resolving the customer issues as per the process defined during on-the job training

Ø  Usage of call center equipment/software as per the training imparted 

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

Ø  0-2 years experience in an inbound & outbound customer service call center 

Ø  BCA or B.tech Graduate who have the acumen for technical products and terms

Ø  experience in security industry preferred 

Other Skills Required:

Ø  Strong customer service orientation 

Ø  -Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ø   Strong inter-personal skills -Strong coaching / mentoring skills -Familiar with call center management software

Ø  Ability to work independently and collaboratively 

Ø  Sincere and eager to learn 

Job Location:

Ø  Gurgaon

Salary: 15000/PM to 22000/PM

Experience:- 0 to 2yrs
