Roles and Responsibilities
Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in sales & marketing of CCTV Camera
& Security Systems/ IT and Hardware Products like mobile phones /computer/
laptops.
Handling channel sales for company's security systems.
Developing, monitoring and generation of business from channel.
Partners, dealers & distributors in the given area.
To find out more business opportunity in local market.
Making & dealing with new dealers & distributors.
Should maintain good rapport with our dealers and ensure proper co-
ordination.
Should be target oriented.
Should have good communication skill
Other Role & Responsibilities:
• Initiating and developing relationships with target organizations for business
development.
• Creating awareness in the market, thus increasing the sales/volumes and
Revenues at the same time.
• Analysing business potential and implementing plans for attaining sales targets,
supplementing turnover and achieving the desired targets.
• Assessing feedback, evaluating and providing critical feedback on areas of
improvements.
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with primary and secondary
sales, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery and service
quality norms.
• Assisting the technical team for installation & other Job Responsibilities as and
when assigned by the Management
• Incumbent will be responsible for the business growth in Region/territory for
Channel sales.
