B. Windows10 Pro, windows 7,windows8,installation configuration and troubleshooting through remote.
C. Outlook configuration exchange, POP,SMTP,MS office 2010,2013,2016PST,OST ,Android email configuration.
D. Backup Management for user data/Handling High pressure environment experience More than 700 users,/IT problem solving skills.
E. Networking concept Switch IP addressing, WAN, Cabling, Epabx /Access point configuration/understanding DATA point voice point troubleshooting.
F. Printer installation through Wi-Fi Lan local trouble shooting/cartridge management.
G. IT Asset management , IT policy and procedure management, warranty management.
H. RAID configuration /AD user management /Well known Group Policy /basic concept of nvr dvr ip camera.
I. Trouble shooting over email remote Phone/ self-confident ownership/ Vendor management.
J. New infrastructure development concept for office related IT/DATA centre operation well known /Server Related knowledge for installation configuration windows 2016,2012.
K. Concept of VPN installation trouble shooting/Basic CRM understanding/MacAfee installation/ Blue dump screen trouble shooting/Laptop desktop hardware trouble shooting.
L. Knowledge of Lease line PRI SIP broadband data card ,MIFI, router Access point.
